- Mounting of the sun and ring gear can be accomplished either with a shrink fit, or with adhesive.
- For mounting to aluminum, we recommend:
- slip fit
- degreasing mating surfaces with acetone
- optional abrasion
- a primer of Loctite SF7471
- Loctite 638
- 24 hour cure at 55C.
- Lubrication is required for operation under load. We recommend Sta-LUBE CRC SL3330 Moly-Graph Lithium Grease
